Contacted ACE Widlife Service after hearing noises coming from the roof/attic. Our concern was that a racoon or squirrel had some how gotten access to the attic space, since both have been observed in the backyard. Contacted ACE Wildlife service late Wednesday afternoon and received an overview of their services, an estimate of cost and when someone would be out to the house. Mike reconfirmed the appointment on Thursday and arrived on time. Mike inspected the attic as well as the outside of the house, including the roof. His conclusion was that no larger animal had breached the attic, speculating that the noise was an animal on the roof and/or a field mouse that had managed to get into the attic. We very much appreciated his thoroughness, courtesy and profesionalism. If the need ever arises (hopefully it won't) Ace Wildlife will be our first call.

Responded to locating and removing a dead animal under our deck. Temperature around 35 degrees with 30 MPH winds - not fun. I called Ace Wildlife last week regarding an odor in my basement that I thought was the smell of a dead animal. I spoke to Mike and arranged an appointment, giving a 2 hour window of arrival. He arrived on time and immediately confirmed that we were dealing with a dead animal, based on the odor. He went to work identifying the source of the odor was outside and thankfully not in the basement. Quickly, he identified the animal was under a cantilever below our deck by using a mirror and confirming with a portable video camera. We discussed the least damaging way to gain access under the deck and cantilever. He cut a small portion of a single deck board using his saws; retrieving an opossum. He sprayed generously with a disinfectant and deodorizer. Presented a bill with a 5% Angieslist discount and was leaving in less than 50 minutes. Mike did a great job, at a very fair price, and I highly recommend him.

Unfortunately for me i used another company first to "solve" this problem with an epic failure. Called Ace on recommendation, and am very glad i did. Was having a problem with squirrells in my attic crawl space coming in through the louvers. So i called Ace, Cuyahoga Falls branch, and they promptly came over and gave an estimate that was half the price of the other companies failed attempt at our problem. Our technition was well informed and well prepaired did the job quickly and made time to answer my tenants questions. I feel very relieved knowing this company stands behind the work they do with a warranty. Already recommending them to people, I am very impressed.

We contacted Ace Wildlife Service to remove the racoons living under our deck. We called them on a Tuesday afternoon and they had a representative there the very next morning. Ace Wildlife set a trap and the first racoon was caught by that evening. They came promptly the next morning and removed the racoon and set another trap. The second raccoon was caught by the next morning and Ace came out the same afternoon to remove the animal from the premises. They were professional, knowledgable and courteous. The only issue we had was the representative was about a half hour late for the first visit, however he called in a timely fashion to let us know that he was delayed.

I was able to speak to a person at the time of initial telephone call. I had called another company first, talked to an answering machine, but my call was never returned. Sam called shortly after I made the initial call, and we made an appointment for the next day. He came the next day and set a trap, then had to come to reset the trap after it was tripped by an animal who got away. That night a racoon was caught, and Sam came the next day to remove the animal, although it was a weekend. He determined that a groundhog had also been living under the deck and then came with a co-worker, and the two dug the trench and installed the screen. No further animal activity has been observed.

Ace Services has trapped, removed squirrels, racoon, and even a possum. They have closed openings in the woodwork or under eaves, and have even come back after initial efforts, as our year's guarantee was still in effect. I would recommend them to anyone troubled by critters in their house. A day after the initial call, Travis and an assistant came and set traps, returned after I reported a captured critter, and removed it.

I had squirrels in my attic for the second time in 2 months. I had called another animal control group who put traps in the attic and finally got rid of them, but told me that I would have to call someone to repair the ridge vent since this is the only place they could figure (they really did not know. This was just a guess) out that the squirrels were getting in.Ace never even entered my home. They got on the roof and figure out where the squirrels were coming in (not the ridge vent). They set traps and once they trap the squirrels repaired the area so that the squirrels could no longer get access to my attic.I wish I had called them in the first place. He came every day to inspect the traps until the raccoon was caught. Then, he made covers for our roof fans to prevent any further animals entering and covered the fireplace chimney, as well. Luckily, there was no damage in the attic, but clean up could have been part of his service, too. We were very pleased with the service that we received.

Our cat got outside. We requested the humane traps to capture him if he returned. They were very nice and came to place the traps within 24 hours of my call. We ended up getting our cat back another way, but if it happened again, I would use them in addition to other methods of recovery.
